Veterans to be connected to resources at forum Saturday

Faith based coalition seeks to provide much needed assistance

DETROIT – The Coalition of Churches and Communities (C3) will hold veterans resources forum at the Body of Christ International Church Saturday morning. The area churches and neighborhood groups are joining forces with veteran assistance organizations for the event. Veterans who attend will be able to receive benefit claims assistance from Unforgotten Hero, LLC. Elderly Oral Health Care will offer free dental services. Free reading glasses will be provided by Meridian Health Care. Veterans of America will help develop resume writing and job searching skills. Other organizations will be on hand to offer access to more resources and wrap around services.

C3 seeks to be of service to everyone in the community and offer resources and opportunity  with the love of God.
